Claire joined Boohoo in November 2015 as Customer Services Director. Claire previous held the role of Director of Customer Services for JDWilliams, a FTSE 250 multi-channel retailer with group revenue in excess of £800m. With over 20 years’ experience in customer service, Claire has delivered transformational projects with significant impact on employees and customers. Claire’s career extends across in-house and outsourced customer service and financial service operations across Europe and the USA. Claire holds a joint honours degree in French and German from Nottingham University.
